Welcome to the GBO's first ever Athletes Village!

Located in Grand Marais, walking distance to the beach. Public washrooms and showers available. 6 teams will be selected to stay in the 6 cabins for the entire duration of the tournament. 18+ on site unless accompanied with one guardian. Only athletes, a plus one, staff and volunteers are permitted in the common areas and to attend the evening festivities.

Wanda Guenette is a former Canadian beach volleyball player who achieved notable success on the international beach volleyball circuit.

Throughout her career, she was recognized for her strong athleticism and competitive spirit.

She represented Canada in various international beach volleyball tournaments, including the NORCECA Beach Volleyball Tour and the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour.

Wanda Guenette made her mark as one of Canada's top beach volleyball players during her time competing professionally.

Alongside her partners, she earned a reputation for being a skilled and hard-working player, contributing to the growth and visibility of beach volleyball in Canada.
